Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 12:00 on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Free for orders over €200
Delivery is via the postman or package deliverer of United Parcel Service (UPS). In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
